Information For Affiliate Churches
If you are a pastor or you are an ordained minister with Miracle Ministries International Fellowship
and desire to have your church chartered with the aforesaid organization, you must comply with the
rules accepted by the IRS

1. Send a completed monthly report of all business transactions to your church business to the
Loudon, TN Headquarters office.

2. Appoint at least three trustees, directors, deacons, or elders.

*3. Deposit all monies in a special account in the name of your church.  Write all checks from this
account that pertain to church business.  YOU AND YOUR LOCAL CHURCH HAVE TOTAL
CONTROL OF YOUR FUNDS, POLICIES, AND MONEY!

4. Appoint a treasurer to handle all funds. Keep daily records of all business transactions.

**5. All offerings and contributions must be posted according to date received, amount, and full
name and address of all donors for receipt purposes.

6. Handle all financial transactions by check or business charge card bearing the name of your
church on the card.  Specify on the check what it is for and/or get a receipt from the person or
business for the expenditure.

7. Each affiliate church is in total charge of cash received, expenses and purchases for their church.

FOR YOUR DEBTS OR FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS!

8. Conduct a church business meeting semi-annually.

9. Each affiliate church will be requested to send a delegation from their church to the annual
Convocation - Convention held in Loudon, TN each August.

10. Each affiliate church will serve duties of being a totally religious organization.  Each outreach,
mission program, telecast, radio broadcast, publication, ect...must be presented as a promotion of
the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

***VERY IMPORTANT***

*(3a) The name of Miracle Ministries International Fellowship is only required on your legal records.
 You should use the name of your local church on all other documents such as church checks.

**(5a) The name and address of those who donate money is for your records, not ours, and is only
necessary for those who want a receipt of their giving at the end of the fiscal year.
