Camp Meeting 2011 Important Information
|
This years Convention will be August 4 - 7, 2011 at the headquarters church here in Loudon. The service schedule will be Thursday Night 7:00 PM,
Friday Morning 10:00 AM, Friday Night 7:00 PM, Saturday Morning 10:00 AM (followed by the annual business session), Saturday Night 7:00 PM, and
Sunday Morning 10:00 AM.
As always, we will be providing FREE MEALS to everyone in attendance after every service. Once again, this year, our dormitories are back up
and running; so we have a limited number of beds available at the headquarters for those who may be unable to afford a hotel room. Our dorm rooms are
air conditioned and you will have access to a hot shower. And, once again, MEALS ARE PROVIDED FREE AFTER EVERY SERVICE!
We also have a limited number of hook-ups for campers and RV’s and of coarse, you are always welcome to pitch a tent in the grass. If you plan on
parking your RV or camper on our lot, or you need a room here at the Tabernacle, it is imperative that you indicate your wishes on your registration form and
get it to our office as soon as possible. These facilities are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you wait to long to register we may not have a spot
available for you. So, let us know now, so we can be prepared for your arrival.
You should also note that our fine friends at the Inn of Lenoir are offering exceptional rates to those attending the Convocation and they are only a short
drive away from the Tabernacle. You can get more information on their rates at www.innoflenoircitytennessee.com.
The Super8 motel in Loudon provides clean economical rooms to our delegates. You can make reservations online at www.super8.com or call the local
hotel office at (865)458-5669. If you would like something more upscale, we now have a beautiful new Country Inn and Suite with indoor pool. You can view
the motel and make reservations at www.countryinns.com/loudontn or by calling (865)657-0050. Both of these properties are only a couple of miles from
the Tabernacle and located at exit 72 (Loudon) on I-75. We also have other fine accommodations in surrounding areas. If we can be of any assistance to
you in finding a suitable hotel please feel free to call the office at (865)408-8471.
On a somewhat similar note, I would like to recommend that you consider East Tennessee as this years vacation destination. The headquarters church
is located only 45 minutes from The Great Smokey Mountains National Park. We are less than an hours drive from exciting Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
You will find all types of amusement in Pigeon Forge including but not limited to DollyWood amusement park and Dolly’s Splash country water park. We are
also about an hour away from Chattanooga which is the home of the Chattanooga Choo Choo, Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls, and Rock City. Cherokee
North Carolina is under 2 hours from us and is surrounded by great entertainment opportunities such as Ghost Town in the Sky amusement park. Of course
we are only a two hour drive to Nashville (Music City USA). The list of things to see and do is way to long for this letter, but if you would like to plan your
vacation around the annual Convention and would like recommendations for local attractions just call the office at (865)408-8471 and we will be happy to
assist you. We always have families that will spend a few days in the Smokey Mountains and then wrap up their vacation at the Convocation. Maybe that is
something for you and your family to consider.
It is of the utmost importance that you attend this annual event. This fellowship has never put a financial burden on our ministers or churches. We
have, and will always provide license and ordination as well as church charters free of charge to those who qualify. We do not, nor will we ever require you
to pay dues or membership fees. We do not, nor will we ever levy a certain percentage of your ministry income for the official use of the headquarters. This
fellowship has always and will always operate by the faithful free-will support of our friends and partners. With that said, the only requirement we have ever
imposed in order to maintain a valid license or ordination with this fellowship is that you be present during the annual Convocation. We ask that our
churches (those that are Chartered by this association) send a delegation to represent them at the annual meeting. We only require this because, we feel
that during these meetings, God places His mighty hand upon us and charters our coarse for the coming years work. And, every one of us needs that
special impartation. Don’t miss out on this time of heavenly visitation. Make your plans now to attend.
This fellowship is blessed with some of the most anointed, inspiring, talented, and dedicated ministers in the world. This association is made
up of men and women of divine destiny. That is why, once again this year, we will be using ministers from within our own ranks to spread the table of the
Lord before us during Campmeeting-Convention 2011. That is why I must encourage our ministers to register for this years Convocation as soon as
possible. We want to secure a place on the itinerary for you. I know that God has branded your spirit with fresh revelation for this hour. I believe that the
bread that God has given to you, was given to you to share with others. We are hungry, and God will use you to fill our soul. You will find a registration form
enclosed with this letter. We must have your form in our office by July 26. Please remember, your credentials are renewed annually. If you want to continue
to hold license and ordination through MMIF you must submit a registration form each year. Without this form in our office by July 26 you will not receive a
valid ID card for the 2010-2011 fiscal year. Also, once again this year, you may submit your registration online at www.miracleministries.net
